Hipenchic.nl ships all orders received on business days before 5 PM on the same day. If the shipment doesn't fit through the mailbox, it will be sent as a package. Ordering one dress? It will be sent in a mailbox package, so you don’t need to stay home to receive it :)

How fast do you ship?

Within 1 business day - over 98% of orders are delivered the next business day after shipping. During peak periods, postal services might not meet this delivery promise. In such cases, you will receive your order within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed during the weekend are shipped on Monday.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

For security reasons, you cannot change your delivery address once your order has been placed.

Where is my order?

You can view the latest updates by clicking on the link in your shipping email. You can also log into "Account" and always find the status of your order under "Orders" in your account.

How does your standard delivery service work?

Hipenchic.nl offers free delivery within the Netherlands with PostNL or GLS for orders over €50. For orders under €50, the shipping cost is €2.95. For deliveries to EU countries, shipping is free for orders over €99. For international rates and delivery times, see the table below.

Can I track my package?

You can always find the status of your order(s) under "Orders" in your account. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to track the shipping status of your package.

If your order status is 'shipped' but you haven't received anything after 3 business days, check the status of your shipment via the tracking link. If something seems wrong, contact the carrier that shipped your order or let us know, and we will contact them for you. Customer service is available Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM via email.

What happens if I am not home during the delivery of my order?

If you are not home when your package is delivered, PostNL will attempt to deliver your order again. If you are not home the second time, the package will be delivered to the nearest pickup point or post office. You can pick it up there with your ID.
