Exchanges & Returns
At Hipenchic.nl, an item may be returned without giving any reason, within 14 days of receipt of the product in question.
Please note! When you choose to return via your own shipping method. Please use the correct address of our warehouse, and not the office address as we do not accept returns there.
Unfortunately, costs for forwarding returns from the office to the warehouse are for your own account.
The address for returns is Hip&Chic, Schoterhoek 2, 2441 LD, Nieuwveen. But always register your return first via the link before shipping your return.
- the items are not worn, dirty, washed or damaged
- the items contain all attached price tags and original packaging
- the items have been received by us within 14 days after the return request
All returns are checked upon receipt at the warehouse. Returns that do not meet the conditions will be refused.
Do you want to exchange the product?
The fastest is to place a new order. Is this to your liking? Great, then return your first order. In the unlikely event that the 2nd order is not to your liking, you can return them together. Please indicate this clearly with your return request.
Would you rather receive the purchase amount back?
Hipenchic.nl will refund the amount paid within 30 days after receipt of your returned product, provided that the product in question is not damaged, worn, washed or otherwise.
I have received the wrong item, what can I do?
If you have received an incorrect item, we will be happy to resolve this for you as soon as possible. Contact email@example.com and we will be happy to help you.
An item is missing from my order, what should I do?
If an item is missing, please contact our customer service. Let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org what your order number is and which item is missing, so that we can solve this for you as soon as possible.
I have received a damaged item, what can I do?
If you have received a damaged item, we will be happy to fix it for you as soon as possible. In this case, please contact our customer service and state: your order number, the name of the item and the description of the damage. We will then provide you with more information on how to return your item to us, should the need arise.
